We want you to love what you ordered — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

🚚 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@thehimalayanmarket.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions within 24 hours.

  3. Ship the product back to the address we provide (return shipping may be at your expense unless the item was defective or incorrect).

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods, personal care items, and clearance items cannot be returned.

  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery are not eligible.

❗ Damaged or Wrong Items?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
